This 21 Day Challenge is for individuals of all fitness and nutrition levels. It will include a daily healthy eating challenge, a lifestyle challenge, and daily exercises.​

You decide your level of involvement. Maybe the first month you do the best you can to eliminate as much processed foods as possible and then you can revisit the challenge another month and push yourself to remove dairy or gluten... or add more veggies. You get to make this challenge work for you!
