Day 256: One thing I learned today…


Wow, did you know the average human body has about 21-22 square feet of skin? That's why it is considered the largest organ.


Also, we shed 30-40,000 dead skin cells every minute- EW. Within a month’s time, we have completely shed old skin and replaced it for our entire body.
