Day 19: One thing I learned today...
I’ve never really been big into the New Year’s Resolutions and this is probably why. A lot of times people try to set resolutions which unrealistic and then fall off the wagon. This year my focus is on being healthy, happy, & well.
I will continue with my strength & endurance training, incorporate mindfulness & yoga and continue with my morning routine of journaling. These are all things in which I am already doing however they have provided me benefits over the past year.
I also would love to laugh more so let me know if you have any good jokes.
