BONUS One thing I learned today…
I receive marketing texts all the time now and today I received a message from a company which supports improving quality sleep.
“There is a significant increase in the number of heart attacks that occur the Monday after we "spring forward" for daylight saving time compared to other Mondays”.
I’ve heard this a handful of times now and found some articles below. Some of the research shows an increased of Heart Attacks between 10-24% the Monday following Daylight Savings in the spring. I did come across an article based out of Michigan from two campuses/hospitals which stated the the rates were lower in the fall but not significantly.
