Fifteen percent of Americans meet the threshold for food addiction. Does this surprise you? In comparison, 14% of people in the US meet the criteria to be diagnosed with alcohol use disorders.
The food industry is to blame as they purposefully create food to be addictive. Your health is not as important as the money they make.
