Day 214: One thing I learned today…


One-third of people reported using alcohol as a way to relax before bed. Some believe it is beneficial for relaxation and sleep, however alcohol provides around an hour of sedation followed by arousal.


Everyone reacts differently however the glass of red wine is probably not helping with your sleep. Are you part of the one-third?
