Day 347: One thing I learned today…
In the past, discounts to fitness centers used to be the most requested health related benefit. Things are looking bit different now. In a recent survey, 25% of physically fit employees say they will never return to a gym. 42% of the same group reported preference of a home-gym set up.
I honestly got burnt out of my home gym setup when it came to strength training. I actually miss going to the gym for that specifically. I think it mostly has to do with the group of people I would work out with daily. Right now I cycle about 3 days per week at home and I love being able to just jump on my trainer.
