Day 23: One thing I learned today…
I have been making my own bone broth for a few years now and I swear it instantly makes me feel better after the first sip. Today I learned that there are recipes to make bone broth lattes :) I was hesitant to try it because I love bone broth on its own but I’m hooked!
Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth Latte
1.5 cups chicken bone broth
1/2 tbsp. Avocado oil
1/2-1 tbsp. coconut cream
1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
1/4 tsp. Dried turmeric
1/4 tsp. Dried ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: squeeze of lemon
