Day 23: One thing I learned today…


I have been making my own bone broth for a few years now and I swear it instantly makes me feel better after the first sip. Today I learned that there are recipes to make bone broth lattes :) I was hesitant to try it because I love bone broth on its own but I’m hooked!


Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth Latte

  • 1.5 cups chicken bone broth

  • 1/2 tbsp. Avocado oil

  • 1/2-1 tbsp. coconut cream

  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides

  • 1/4 tsp. Dried turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp. Dried ginger

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

The Benefits of Bone Broth:

  • Nutritious- rich in vitamins and nutrients

  • Gut support. Bone broth contains collagen and minerals that are good for your gut.

  • May protect the Joints due to the collagen

  • May reduce Inflammation and help with digestion

  • May improve sleep

  • Protein content. Collagen is a protein, and bone broth is a way to boost your protein count for the day.
