Day 333: One thing I learned today…


A study conducted in 2018 by University of Pennsylvania split undergraduate college students into two groups and had one group limit their social media use to 10 minutes per day for 3 weeks. Guess what…that group reported significant reductions in feelings of loneliness and depression.
