Day 279: One thing I learned today… First off, when you find anew podcast you like be sure to subscribe. I was listening to a new running podcast. A discussion came up about judging your best days rather than you worst. That is just not human nature. We tend to put ourselves down and listen to the negative self talk. Here is the thing. Just keep showing up for yourself! The good days outnumber the bad. Yesterday for some reason I decided to run on the treadmill. It was awful! My feet hurt. I couldn’t get a good pace or cadence and I was done soon after I started. I felt like I couldn’t even breathe. I am not going to judge myself on this one “off” day. Today however I felt amazing running out on the trail. I was 30 minutes in before I even looked at my watch. I eventually turned around and head ba
ck. I felt light on my feet and the run was easy and enjoyable. What’s something that has felt good to you lately?
