Day 78: One thing I learned today…
I learned a new term! Habit Stacking. This refers to when you add small behaviors into a typical routine you already engage in to start to develop a habit. For example, maybe you want to add in some breath work into your routine. Maybe you already wake up and sit while your coffee is brewing. Here is an easy time to add in a simple breath work practice while you wait. As you start to incorporate it into your everyday routine it has a better chance of becoming a habit.
