Day 185: One thing I learned today…
According to an article from 2017, (pre-pandemic) people report feeling lonely at double the rate in 1980s. And more than 60% of college students reported to be lonely.
Today, I am spending time with my entire extended family (approximately 45 people and 3 dogs). My heart is happy. I have spent time focusing on being present and enjoying my time. Lots of laughter and hugs! I am so very fortunate!
Research also shows spending time with others can boost your mood.
