Day 156: One thing I learned today...
Only 10-30minutes per day of activity can reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease. A study conducted in 2017 showed the following:
· Switching out sedentary time for 30 minutes/day of light activity reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease by 24 percent.
· Implementing 10 minutes a day of moderate/vigorous activity instead of sedentary time resulting in a 38 percent reduction in deaths from cardiovascular disease.
