Day 336: One thing I learned today
A lack of time is reported as bad as being unemployed.
Time affluence is the sense that one regularly has ample time available. Many people feel they have the opposite of time affluence. A lot of individuals feel they have a time famine. Where do you fall?
Reported having time famine can negatively effect your wellbeing. Harvard psychologist, Ashley Whillans, suggested those who report a lack of time is as bad as reporting being unemployed in regards to your happiness and wellbeing.
Finding ways to put back time into your schedule can bring happiness.
Here is something to try, every time you do something to bring our time back in your schedule take note of the time saved. This brings awareness to your time. It may cost extra money. Is it worth it?
