Day: 259: One thing I learned today…
I’ve come across this information on a couple podcasts and then again while reading Two Meals a Day. According to Dr. William Davis, individuals who eat wheat products consume approximately 400 calories more per day. There is a protein in wheat products which produces an appetite-stimulating effect. Now of course, this is just information for you to think about. Maybe the next time you are consuming a wheat product, just be mindful. I am sure the added sugars to a lot of the highly processed foods out there do not help the situation.
