An overall increase from 61.4% to 67% of ultraproccessed foods was recorded. In addition, a decrease in consumption was reported for unprocessed or minimally processed foods. Decreasing from 28.8% to 23.5%. These trends can lead to weight gain and other issues (such as chronic disease).
