Day 56: One thing I learned today…
Do NOT wait 4 months to get back in the water. I was swimming a lot last summer/fall and then after completing a 70.3 in October I just stopped. As much as I feel like I am starting over, I know that I will be able to get back to where I was. I am super grateful to have access to a pool.
