Day 2: Time or Money
? Which would you want more of? Do you think this would make you happy? This article included multiple studies which surveyed individuals both online and in person. Overall, 64% of people reported that they would want more money than time. Interestingly, those who chose more time also reported being happier.
Affluence is the abundance of property or wealth. Time Affluence is defined as the feeling that one has sufficient time to pursue activities that are personally meaningful whether this is being able to sit and reflect or engage in leisure activities.
I have a goal to be the happiest I can be. Guess what, I am the one who controls my time. This is a difficult task however I am really trying to be mindful about how I spend my time and balancing it with activities the are personally meaningful.
