Day 61: One thing I learned today…
Research shows that simply having goals such as being more invested in personal relationships and working on one’s own health is correlated with subjective well-being.
Today I am putting myself out there. I am transitioning into a new career. I am a Wellness Coach! I utilize the principles of behavior analysis to optimize health and wellness of others using 1:1 coaching. My current clients are working on the basics of wellness such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, relationships/social connections and much much more.
Are you lacking a self care routine? Overwhelmed with work/life balance? Want to focus on introducing a few more healthy snacks?
