Day 198: One thing I learned today…
I tried out these Organic Crispy Puffed Quinoa in a homemade cereal bar today and they were an amazing replacement for the Rice Krispies I’ve used in the past. I also tried them with some almond milk as a cereal and it wasn’t too bad. The only ingredient is organic quinoa! I bought these on Amazon but the are a bit pricey. There is an option to puff the quinoa yourself so I’ll be trying that out soon.
I’ve started making some replacement in recipes lately to make things GF friendly.
Check out the amount of ingredients in the homemade bars vs store bought bars. Pretty crazy.
