Day 226: One thing I learned today…
Josh and I have tried to stay away from eating out over the past few weeks. We did enjoy a nice brunch out today. BUT… I really wanted some ice cream however we decided to make dairy free, gluten free “Peanut butter and jelly nice cream” instead and it was delicious!!!!
PB-frozen bananas, coconut milk, peanut butter, cacao and maple syrup.
Berry/Jelly- frozen bananas, frozen strawberry, blueberry and raspberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
No measurements… just go with what feels right…
