Day 115: One thing I learned today…
How many times have you made the following statement “I’ll be happy if/when…” ?
Maybe you have thought this with making more money/promotion, getting a different job, losing weight, moving into a new house, buying a new car, etc.
Santosha translates to contentment.
How would it feel to you, to take a moment, and just accept and appreciate what you have? Being content with yourself.
Here are some ways to implement in our daily lives.
· Acknowledging the conditions for happiness are already present in each moment
· Taking time to appreciate the simple things, a cup of coffee, a chat with a friend, the sunset
