Day 192: One thing I learned today…
I learned the term - Self Care Menu.
After reading through the Bloom Wellness Blog today, I learned about a Self Care Menu. Within the blog, Erin, discussed making a list of self care activities which you have found enjoyable in the past or some you are interested in trying. She also suggests having activities from different areas: self care for the body, self care for the mind, and self care for the soul. She lists out some ideas on her blog.
In a few of my previous posts, I discuss time wasted. And trying to minimize the all too familiar idea of grabbing my phone and scrolling. I decided this list would be perfect for time in which I have some time to kill. Why not engage in some mini self care moments.
