Day 308: One thing I learned today…
Lately we have had some errors in deliveries we have received. I know this happens time to time. I want to say, I am very impressed with the response of the companies, especially the small businesses.
What I have learned is to be patient, reach out to the company, and more times then not they will go above and beyond to fix it. Sometimes I tend to get pissy and grouchy which doesn’t do anyone any good.
Some companies which have been great about this recently include ROKA, Silverbridge Coffee, and Butcher Box.
In the past couple weeks we also received a package from LMNT “just because.”
2020 and 2021 have been hard on a lot of companies. Let’s give them a break.
