Day 235: One thing I learned today…


Can you catch another persons emotions? Research shows that you can, kind of. Have you heard of the chameleon effect? This refers to non-consciously mimicking other’s behaviors to include postures, mannerisms, and facial facial expressions. One study found an increase in touching of the face if someone else is doing so as well. But this also mean the negative nancy of the workspace may also be influencing your behavior.
