Some more facts from the course I’m taking through Primal Health Coach Institute.
Did you know, on average, we switch windows on our computer screen 37 times in an hour. No wonder I have tons of webpages open at the end of a day.
How about the fact that we are distracted from our focused tasks EVERY 3 minutes. It may be a phone call, txt message or email, or other interruption that we choose or are compelled to respond to. To me this seems a bit high. Do you have a smart watch now that buzzes as well?
When surfing the web, our brains are on the go. An average of seven seconds per page or one minute per website before clicking on the next best thing.
Why are we doing this to ourselves?
