Day 338: One thing I learned today…

The average American eats out 115 times per year. It has been noted that on average, an individual will eat approximately 300 calories more when dining out. Restaurants also use cheap ingredients, bigger portions, flavor enhancers, increases sodium, industrial seed oils, more sugar.

How often do you eat out?

I admit we eat out 1-2 times per week, typically on the weekends.
