Day 182: One thing I learned today…


75% of people think that the reason they can’t stick to their health and fitness goals is that they lack willpower/self-control. What do you think? Do you feel like willpower and self-control is what holds you back?


The truth is, its all about your mindset!


Typically individuals who are “good” at self control are good because they have set up their environment and created good habits therefore they do not rely on self-control much.


Where is your mindset at? Do you think you lack willpower? Do you feel like you are just not as motivated as others?
